How to Deliver Competitive Advantage by Automating Hidden Decisions
Interestingly, the printed version only includes a few of the paragraphs compared to the online review (and as a results reads somewhat differently!).
(Also there is no disclaimer from the reviewer (or the BCS) that the reviewer is also an author of a book on business rules, which I’d have thought would be relevant to the reader. )
