Definitely interested in reading it. This is one area we are working on in our CRM software, but I think we require a bit more data first in order to make any solid predictions. Most of our business decisions have been decided by prior experience or by A/B testing of different processes and pitches, etc. So far we’ve been able to work things out, but we are definitely interested in using more prediction-based learning and application.
