Great post. You’re right – each bullet could have been a separate post. This one in particular resonated with me:

A lack of trust in information undermines data-driven decision making. If people don’t trust it’s accuracy then they won’t use it, or analytics based on it, to drive their decisions.

I can’t tell you how many times I have seen data quality relegated because end users didn’t use data to make decisions. It’s hard to argue with people about DQ when they don’t recognize the importance of the “D.”
