		<description>Good post.... the interesting thing for me is whether you propose running the Business Rules / Decisioning apps on the mainframe environment also.  I suspect that whilst many of these companies are busy &#039;modernising&#039; they are not looking at the organisation and process.  In which case trying to implement a technology that requires agility / flexibility on a  platform that traditionally provides heavy and inflexible governance will not be a good fit.

I think the change for a mainframe focused company in terms of Operating model is just as important (if not a necessary pre-requisite) to implementing business rules type software???
