Thanks for the comment. I consider Convergys as in the same general category as decision-centric customer experience management products such as Chordiant and Pegasystems&#039;s CRM solution but not a general purpose Business Rules Management System. There is a growing range of solutions that include powerful decisioning engines  but that are not general purpose business rules platforms - Chordiant, Unica, Oracle RTD, Convergys - and I think many companies will find themselves using &lt;a href=&quot;http://jtonedm.com/2009/12/01/multiple-decsioning-engines-a-reader-asks/&quot;&gt;both such a decision management application and a decisioning platform&lt;/a&gt;.</description>
