Thanks for the question. We've been working with our customers for years to quantify the value they receive from TOA. The cost savings per field users have been calculated by taking into consideration reduced drive time, a reduction in overtime and increased productivity. Our real-time routing means that companies are able to complete several more jobs per mobile worker per week. Also included in the calculation is increased on-time arrival within a committed service window (in some industries and in some countries, service providers pay a fine for each late arrival).

Regards,

Hi Irad,

Thanks for the answer. The figure of $20-25k/field user/yr seems really interesting. Do you have any case studies or details for how you came up with that figure?

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for the great question. While replacing older solutions for large clients with TOA's proprietary routing engine, we found out that our customers saw typical savings of between $20,000 and $25,000 per field user per annum over the legacy solutions' standalone routing modules. These improvements are powered by the full integration of TOA's super fast Routing engine and TOA's real time dispatch platform, ETAdirect Manage. This integration allows us to respond to the ever-changing environment of the mobile employee with exceptional accuracy, ensuring that what looked like a good decision at 6 AM still provides the expected benefits at 6 PM.

<blockquote>"All the technology has been developed by TOA – nothing is OEMed'</blockquote>

Is that really seen as a big plus? In particular, it seems to me that routing should be something developed as a separate service.
