I guess any style of software development that still produces rules buried in code is the problem. It sounded like Scott Ambler might have been cluing into this, but (and I am not sure if this captures my thoughts exactly) as an unexpected side effect, like if there weren&#039;t any recognition of rules, or there were no rules engines to use, it wouldn&#039;t matter to him.

I thought I heard he was going to be at the most recent Rules Forum; did you get to raise the topic with him again in any way?</description>
