		<description>An interesting take on the Accenture survey. I 100% agree that BI is valueless unless it is tied to taking business decisions. I call this the &quot;so what?&quot; test. If a report, or a cube, or an alert does not lead to business action, then it is totally pointless. What you are proposing is that the systems go further and instead of only suggesting action to someone who is business-savvy and numerate enough, they would suggest the actions as well. This sounds like Nirvana for such systems.</description>
