There is another element to this too. I spent a day with some Best Buy people at the nGenera meeting in Dallas last month. They are deeply committed to Enterprise 2.0 and use it widely to create a community among their thousands of employees, many of whom make about $10-12/hour. They even have them enrolling in 401(k) plans. By using Web 2.0 tools, especially wiki&#039;s and social networking, Best Buy employees know what decisions to make and where to get assistance.
