I certainly don't get the feeling that any means of producing better, more flexible systems is used, like BPM and BRMS. I think Agile will reach its own level of diminishing returns if it  focuses only on how to produce software without onsidering  changing the nature  of the software itself.       I know the Agile community has conferences where proponents meet and attend sessions.
