We have very much promoted this type of business practice ourselves and am glad I came across your blog again. I have added you to our digg bookmarking account. Thanks!...

James, thanks for your thoughtful reply. The ideas and approaches suggested in your book are very helpful. It's the implementation of them that remains the challenge. My approach would be to select the ideas you put forth that would have the most relevancy to the organization, develop a roadmap for adoption and begin to "enlighten" the staff on the basics and begin to apply them.

I am convinced that the approaches you suggest are relevant and beneficial and worthy of consideration but it takes some real detailed work to determine how to apply them in each situation. Your book lays the foundation and the solution has to be built to suit the organization's capabilities. I am continuing my reading and identifying how I can apply these to work I do with organizations.

Your book has caused the neurons to fire in new ways and that's always good!

Regards,
